‘We selected ADT from an initial tender list of five companies. It was extremely important to us to find a company that really got inside our heads and understand the look and feel of our brand. They achieved exactly that... From our initial brief they came back with a presentation of design and visuals which really bought the whole project to life, evolving our brand and demonstrating immediately to us they had really got what we were trying to create! A key factor was the cost, we had a specific budget we could not exceed; ADT suggested a partnering approach, we agreed the costs and associated margins ADT would recover from the project, which were validated. As a business we are passionate about customer service and a huge deciding factor for us was that ADT are as passionate as we are.
